Delivery and payment methods

Shipping

If an item is in stock, order is being processed within 2–6 work days after the payment has been received. If the item is out of stock and individual orders are processed within 7–13 work days. We do not ship on Sundays or holidays. Your order will be shipped via Standard Shipping unless you select an alternative method. Diamond polewear always tries to do everything a.s.a.p. and as best as we can!

Shipping normally takes up to 7 days in the EU and 10–21 days to other countries.

Standard Shipping of an item costs 6€ in EU countries and 9€ to all other countries.

If you need an express shipping (1 to 5 working days, depending on a courier and a cost) or if you need to receive your parcel until specific date, please contact us by email info@diamondpolewear.com

Once we are finished preparing your order, you will receive a notification to your e-mail informing you that the order has been dispatched. If you need information about your order tracking No. and a link where you can check the shipping situation of your order please contact us via email .

Your order shall be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not at home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advice on how and where your delivery can be collected.

Customs and Taxes

  • Diamond polewear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying these additional charges for customs clearance.
  • Your order may be subject to custom fees or taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your particular country. The amount for custom fees and taxes depend on the country to which the order was shipped. Please contact your customs office for a specific amount and percentage breakdown.
  • If you refuse your package, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as any custom fees or taxes that are incurred. If the package is undeliverable and returned to Diamond polewear, the shipping and return shipping total charges will be deducted from your merchandise payment amount refunded.
