Change or return
Diamond polewear understands that sometimes love is only one-sided and requires a few things for an easy ‘breakup’ return:
- Item must be returned within 14 days of the order received.
- Item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition received.
- Item must have all tags, including original packaging materials.
You are responsible for covering return costs. Diamond polewear refunds price of the product excluding shipping costs.
Diamond polewear can not accept returns for used, dirty, torn or damaged items and items returned under these conditions will not be processed. Diamond polewear reserves the right to deny returns if the item(s) does not meet our return policy requirements.
To do a return please follow these steps:
- FILL IN RETURN FORM. Please check whether the whole form is complete and accurate as we will be unable to process your refund if the information you provided is wrong.
- SEND IT BACK. Ensure your return is packaged neatly, fully sealed and the returns address is clearly visible. Don’t forget to enclose your fully completed returns form – if you do not include your name and order number then we will be unable to process your refund. Make sure that item meets our return policy requirements.

- VOILÀ, RECEIVE A REFUND. We will send you a full refund (price of the product excluding shipping costs) within 10 working days.
If you mix-up with your order sizes you can do an exchange. Such kind of exchange can be done just once per 1 order and just changing it to another size, not to another model/colour.
You can change your order (part of your order) to another size by contacting us by email email@example.com and sending us back your pole wear. It should be done no later than 14 days after receiving your order. Diamond polewear reserves the right to deny returns if the item(s) does not meet our return policy requirements (Read “RETURN POLICY” section above).
To accept a new order with different size, we need to receive your payment to set up shipping costs. You can find shipping prices here.

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. While we have a very strict quality control policy, however occasionally faulty items might accidentally slip through. If this happens we will do our best to ensure that the issue is resolved to your satisfaction as a matter of urgency.
Contact us at email@example.com with the subject line “FAULTY ITEM”. Please include a picture of the package (with address visible) and a clear picture of the fault, also a note of your name and order number. We will send the replacement item via the same or an alternative faster method of delivery as the original order.
